If you are dissatisfied with your book published by haydenpub.com, concact us by
any of the methods listed below. We will take your information, give you a return number and mark your account for refund. Your refund will be processed within 2 days after receiving your returned item(s).
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned within 7 days of your delivery. The books must be in clean, undamaged resellable condition. Marks, annotations, bent pages, damaged covers, etc. will disqualify the item for a full refund. However, partial refunds will be made based on the extent of the damage to the book.
This refund policy only applies to books actually published and sold by haydenpub.com . This site offers thousands of items (Shop Supplies) and books (Book Store ) through third parties. We are not responsible for and have no means to correct errors resulting from 3rd party transactions.
